HUKUM DARBAR

Hukum Darbar Restaurant & Hotel is a heritage property centrally located in Kamalpokhari, the heart of Kathmandu city. One of the houses of “Rana Dynasty” which was built around 90 years as of now (2021 AD) renovated & converted into a character type hotel. It is well renovated preserving a heritage historic building, reflecting the civil, architectural concept of European Neo-classic design and use of the material. Restaurant serves a typical Nepalese set meal, Japanese, continental food and many more. The wall of this building is 60cm thick. The material uses to build this building are bricks, mud & wood. The roof is terracotta tile. The feature of this type of building is in summer there will be no hotter & in winter there will be no colder. Variety of Beer, Wine and Japanese Sake (Liquor) are served in restaurant and Bar. Restaurant and Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hukum Darbar restaurant & hotel serves a typical Nepalese set meal, Indian, Chinese, continental, Japanese food and many more. Organic vegetables are used as much as possible from the garden. Variety of beer, wine, whiskey, and Japanese sake(liquor) are served in the bar. Restaurant & bar is open 7am till 9pm. Spacious parking is available for our domestic & international guests.

Multipurpose hall

Hukum Darbar has a multipurpose hall area of 900 sq ft which could be use for meetings, seminar, events, and social get-together. Hall is equipped with stage, podium, multimedia system and full back up of power. This hall is suitable for 80-90 pax in theater style, 32-35 pax in ‘U’ shape.
